Hello, I’m Kelly Bell.

I am the founder and proud owner of Bell & Co Estates, wife to Daniel, Mummy to Theo and Dog Mum to two fluffy Cockapoos; George & Stan.

Having been instrumental in the growth of a successful Lettings business, I decided to use my knowledge and passion to venture into the Sales Industry. This led to the foundation of Bell & Co Estates in July 2019.

I have over 17 years in the property industry, gaining experience in the letting and sale of residential properties, purchasing investment properties for landlords, planning, pricing and project management of property refurbishments as well as operational management of business properties such as Hotels and Care Homes.

Prior to this I did 10 years in the financial services, specialising in Asset Finance and Pensions.

Bell & Co is an Independent Estate Agent putting our clients at the heart of everything we do!

When I’m not running Bell & Co or being a Mummy I am spending time with family and friends.

Senior Property Consultant

Sophie brings over 15 years of experience in the property industry, having worked across a variety of roles in both lettings and sales. Her broad knowledge and commitment have made her an invaluable member of the team.

She first joined Kelly as an office clerk and, as Kelly likes to say, she’s been impossible to get rid of ever since!

Despite being sisters, they work seamlessly together, and Kelly admits she’d be truly lost without her.

Sophie’s bubbly personality brings so much energy to the office, and it’s one of the many reasons clients love dealing with her. A natural people person, she thrives on getting the job done and takes real pride in ensuring every client is happy.

Having grown up in the local area, Sophie also has an excellent understanding of the community – something that shines through in both valuations and conversations with clients.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys quality time with her son, two stepchildren and her partner – and she’s also partial to an occasional G&T!

Social Media Executive and Office Associate

Amy first came to Bell & Co as the daughter of one of our previous clients, and it wasn’t long before she impressed Kelly with her exceptional organisation and professionalism. Very quickly, she became a pivotal figure within the business – the glue that holds us all together and makes us the perfect team.

Amy’s role goes far beyond keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She’s a calming, reassuring presence for our clients, guiding them through what can sometimes be a stressful process and making it feel straightforward and stress-free. With her eye for detail and natural problem-solving skills, she ensures nothing is ever missed and that every client feels looked after from start to finish.

Her personality brings warmth and positivity to the office, and it’s safe to say both we and our clients would be completely lost without her!

When Amy isn’t holding the fort at work, she loves spending quality time with her family and losing herself in a good book – the perfect balance to her busy, people-focused role.

Accompanied Viewer and Property Consultant

Imogen recently joined our team and has already become an invaluable part of the Bell & Co family.

As your dedicated Accompanied Viewer and Property Consultant, she’s often the friendly face welcoming buyers through the door and guiding them around their potential new home.

With over 7 years’ experience at a top solicitor’s firm, Imogen brings a wealth of knowledge to the sales progression side too – giving our clients that extra reassurance that every step of the process is in safe hands. Her professionalism, attention to detail and approachable nature make her a real asset to both our team and our clients.

Outside of work, Imogen loves nothing more than spending quality time with her family and friends. She’s also a regular at the gym, and enjoys getting away on holidays whenever she can to recharge and make new memories.

Boss Baby

Theo is our youngest recruit at just 4 years old! He makes regular appearances in the office, usually distracting everyone with his cuteness and keeping us entertained with his endless chatter.

Theo loves dinosaurs, animals, and absolutely anything Spider-Man! He’s a very cheeky, smiley little boy and we always love when he comes to visit the office.

Fluffy Snuggle Buddies

George and Stan are our lovable Cockapoos who also make regular appearances at Bell & Co, greeting clients and customers with wagging tails and plenty of kisses.

You can tell them apart by their bellies, George has a little tuxedo marking, whilst Stan has a brown patch. George is 9 years old and loves playing fetch. Stan is 7 years old and loves nothing more than a good snuggle. 

Safe to say, our office is never short of personality, cuddles, and chaos!
