PPL deal with all day-to-day issues that arise during a tenancy, such as boiler failures or a leaking roof – ensuring that all contractors used are reliable, qualified and with valid liability insurance. Their dedicated accounting department help ensure rents are processed promptly and effectively, monthly statements issued and any queries resolved. Their team have the procedures in place to quickly address arrears too.
